My journey began on a day I'll never forget. Feeling unbalanced, I called my mother, whose immediate response echoed the wisdom I'd heard throughout my childhood. As I took a sip of our family's traditional blend, memories flooded back - of my grandmother's kitchen, of my great-grandmother's careful hands, of generations of care passed down through our family.
For years, this blend remained my personal ritual. But everything changed in 2017. When our community was shaken by the tragedy and violence of August 12th, I felt called to do more. In those dark moments, as we grappled with pain and division, I realized that healing could take many forms. The medley that had brought me so much comfort could perhaps serve a greater purpose.
What began as a personal practice transformed into a mission to serve my community's wellbeing. People who try our products often share their experiences, and their stories continue to inspire our work. Each bottle represents not just a product, but a connection to generations of knowledge - from my great-grandmother's kitchen to your home.

MEET LESLY!

Lesly Gourdet is the heart and soul of LG’s Medley!

Born and raised in Haiti, Lesly's connection to nature started at a very early age. His passion for athletics and the arts shaped his identity - pure and simple. At the heart of his childhood memories stands his great-grandmother, who became his greatest inspiration. Growing up with four siblings, their household buzzed with stories and laughter.

His great-grandmother was known for her traditional wisdom, crafting special blends from carefully selected herbs, spices, and local botanicals. This family tradition left an indelible mark on Lesly. Through the years, he developed his own unique blend, adding various natural ingredients to create what would become his signature recipe.

What began as a cherished family tradition blossomed into something greater as Lesly shared his blend with family, friends, fellow educators, and athletes in his community. This passionate sharing of heritage and tradition gave birth to LG's Medley!
